Many thanks to those members of the 82nd Entry, who generously contributed to the cost.It has been said that the figure resembles a “BRAT” we knew as “TROG” aka Martin Harvey. The photograph of the window was taken by Glyn Jones, who risked life and limb, hanging from a sky hook to get the best result (well done Glyn) Our thanks to Mike Pond and Martin Harvey for being instrumental in the starting of the 82nd reunions. The 82nd Entry window in the church at RAF Halton. From the surplus to the funds suscribed by our members to the installation of our own window, we have sent a contribution of £20.00 towards the costs of of the window dedicated to Sir Frank Whittle.
